  • Kunafeh dough
  • 200g minced lamb meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • NOOR Sunflower Oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce

  • Arrange the kunafeh dough in muffin tins greased with NOOR Sunflower Oil, shaping them into nests.
  • Brush the nests with NOOR Sunflower Oil and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
  • In a separate pan, cook the minced lamb meat until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion and NOOR Sunflower Oil to the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt, pepper, and pasta sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the golden kunafeh nests on a serving plate.
  • Spoon the meat mixture over the nests and serve hot.
