  • 450g lamb mince
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • NOOR Sunflower Oil

For the Sauce:

  • 1 1/2 kg frozen cherries
  • 1 Arabic bread, cut
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • Calories: 400-500 kcal
  • Protein: 30-40g
  • Fat: 20-30g
  • Carbohydrates: 30-40g

  • Mix the grated onion, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and a little NOOR Sunflower Oil with the lamb mince. Shape them into balls and grill them.
  • For the sauce, add the cherries to a saucepan with 1 cup of water, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Drain the sauce and return it to the pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in 3 tbsp of water to the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the meatballs and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Arrange the bread in a plate, add the meatballs, and pour the sauce on top.
