  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 kg lamb meat, minced
  • NOOR Corn Oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 liter cooking cream
  • 1 pack lasagna sheets

  • Calories: 450-550 kcal
  • Protein: 25-35g
  • Fat: 20-30g
  • Carbohydrates: 30-40g

  • Cook the minced lamb meat in NOOR Corn Oil until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion to the meat and cook until softened.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the pasta sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows: cooking cream, lasagna sheets, meat mixture, and more cooking cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cooking cream.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Cover the baking dish and bake at 200°F (93°C) until the lasagna sheets are cooked through.
  • Remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes to brown the cheese.
  • Let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
