- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp shawarma spices
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 large bread, cut and toasted with a little NOOR Sunflower Oil
Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
