Okra with Oil (Bamieh Bel Zeit)
- 1 bag frozen okra
- peeled and chopped tomatoes
- small head of garlic, chopped
- 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- NOOR Olive Oil
- Calories: 250-300 kcal

- Heat NOOR Olive Oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the frozen okra to the pan. Cover and cook until the okra is partially cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Continue cooking until the okra is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in the chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot, typically with rice or pita bread.
