  • 1 egg
  • 75 ml yogurt
  • 75 ml milk
  • NOOR Sunflower Oil
  • Burek sheets
  • 175g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 75g cheddar cheese, grated

  • Calories: 350-450 kcal
  • Protein: 20-25g
  • Fat: 25-35g
  • Carbohydrates: 15-20g

  • In a baking tray, add NOOR Sunflower Oil, then 2 layers of burek sheets.
  • Mix the egg with NOOR Sunflower Oil, yogurt, and milk. Add a little on top of the burek sheets.
  • Add the feta and cheddar cheese stuffing.
  • Add more burek sheets, then the egg/yogurt/milk sauce, then the remaining cheese.
  • Fold the edges inside.
  • Add some NOOR Sunflower Oil on top and bake in a hot oven.
