Bread Middle Eastern

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 4 tbsp NOOR Corn Oil
  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp liquid milk

  • Calories: 200-250 kcal
  • Protein: 5-7g
  • Fat: 5-7g
  • Carbohydrates: 40-50g

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add warm water and knead until elastic dough forms.
  • Add NOOR Corn Oil and continue kneading until soft dough forms.
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled.
  • Roll dough on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking tray.
  • Poke surface with a fork.
  • Brush with milk.
  • Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with tahini and date syrup mixture.
