Mongolian Chicken

Asian (Mongolian-inspired)
- 1 pack boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- NOOR Corn Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion

- Mix the chicken with the corn flour and fry with a little NOOR Corn Oil. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and sauté.
- Add the soy sauce, water, and brown sugar, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tsp of corn flour dissolved in 2 tbsp of water to the sauce and cook for 1 minute.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the green onion and serve with white rice.
