Lunch/Dinner Middle Eastern/Levant Everyday Meal

  • 1/2 kg minced lamb meat
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • NOOR Oil (sunflower)
  • Egyptian bread

  • Calories: 250-300 kcal
  • Protein: 15-20g
  • Fat: 18-25g
  • Carbohydrates: 5-8g

  • In a food processor, process the parsley, garlic, and onion until finely chopped.
  • In a bowl, combine the minced lamb meat, processed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Cut the Egyptian bread in half.
  • Stuff each half of the bread generously with the meat mixture.
  • Grease both sides of the stuffed bread with NOOR Oil.
  • Roast the stuffed bread in an air fryer or grill until the meat is cooked through and the bread is golden brown.
