- 1/2 kg minced lamb meat
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- NOOR Oil (sunflower)
- Egyptian bread

- In a food processor, process the parsley, garlic, and onion until finely chopped.
