  • 1/2 kg chicken breast, shredded
  • NOOR Sunflower Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp shawarma spices
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 large bread, cut and toasted with a little NOOR Sunflower Oil

Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt

  • Calories: 500-600 kcal
  • Protein: 40-50g
  • Fat: 25-35g
  • Carbohydrates: 30-40g

  • Cook the chicken in NOOR Sunflower Oil. Add spices and continue cooking until done.
  • Spread NOOR Sunflower Oil on the bread and toast it.
  • In a plate, layer the bread, chicken, rice, and more chicken. Top with yogurt sauce.
  • Add more bread on the side.
