  • 1 bunch molokheya leaves, chopped
  • 1 small head of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 pack boneless chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked Egyptian rice
  • 1 Arabic bread, cut into cubes and roasted
  • NOOR Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
