  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F to 115°F)
  • 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup NOOR Sunflower Oil
  • 1 large egg

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Make the Dough: Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add flour, salt, NOOR Sunflower Oil, and egg. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise until doubled.
  • Prepare the Filling: Combine melted NOOR Sunflower Oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Roll Out the Dough: Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly.
  • Roll and Cut: Roll up dough tightly. Cut into 1-inch slices. Twist each slice.
  • Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  • Make the Icing: Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  • Glaze: Drizzle icing over cooled twists.
