- 450g lamb mince
- 1 small onion, grated
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- NOOR Sunflower Oil
For the Sauce:
- 1 1/2 kg frozen cherries
- 1 Arabic bread, cut
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- Calories: 400-500 kcal

- Mix the grated onion, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and a little NOOR Sunflower Oil with the lamb mince. Shape them into balls and grill them.
- For the sauce, add the cherries to a saucepan with 1 cup of water, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Drain the sauce and return it to the pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in 3 tbsp of water to the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the meatballs and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Arrange the bread in a plate, add the meatballs, and pour the sauce on top.
