Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

- 200g lamb mince
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt
- Black pepper
- NOOR Corn Oil
- 1 pack spring roll sheets

- In a frying pan, cook the lamb mince. Add chopped onions and NOOR Corn Oil, and continue to cook until the meat is done.
- Remove from the stove, add the grated cheese, and mix well.
- Stuff the spring roll sheets with the meat mixture.
- Roll them and seal with a mixture of flour and water.
- Fry them in hot NOOR Corn Oil until golden brown.
