Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

Appetizer, Snack Fusion (American/Middle Eastern)

  • 200g lamb mince
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • NOOR Corn Oil
  • 1 pack spring roll sheets

  • Calories: 250-350 kcal
  • Protein: 15-20g
  • Fat: 15-25g
  • Carbohydrates: 10-15g

  • In a frying pan, cook the lamb mince. Add chopped onions and NOOR Corn Oil, and continue to cook until the meat is done.
  • Remove from the stove, add the grated cheese, and mix well.
  • Stuff the spring roll sheets with the meat mixture.
  • Roll them and seal with a mixture of flour and water.
  • Fry them in hot NOOR Corn Oil until golden brown.

Servings:

  • Makes approximately 15-20 spring rolls, serving 4-6 people as an appetizer.
